Receta Good And Dirty Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. herb seasoning rice
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 bunch green onions, minced
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 pound minced chicken livers
- 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
Direcciones
- Cook rice according to directions on package. Heat butter in heavy large skillet. Saute/fry celery, onions and parsley. Add in minced chicken livers and continue to saute/fry till livers are done. Add in Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Add in rice and mix well. May substitute sausage for chicken livers. If sausages are used cook and drain sausages before adding to sausages.
