- 8 c. Rome Apples, Peeled And Diced
- 5 c. Unsweetened Apple Cider
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

- 1. Cook apples in apple cider till soft.
- 2. When cooked, put the apples through a sieve or possibly a food processor to puree.
- 3. Return apple puree to saucepan and cook on medium heat till it is thick sufficient to spread.
- 4. Add in cinnamon and chill.
