Receta Apple Butter Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. All purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Apple butter
- 2 Tbsp. Melted butter
- 2 x Large eggs well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Light cream
- 1/2 c. Grnd nutmeg
- 1 x Pastry crust for 9 inch pie Unbaked
Direcciones
- Use pastry to line a 9 inch pie pan, fluting a HIGH edge.
- In a large mixing bowl- mix sugar with flour. Gradually stir in the apple butter and melted butter. In separate smaller bowl - beat Large eggs with lowfat milk and cream, then turn into the apple butter mix.
- After well mixed, pour into the pastry lined pie pan. Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 - 60 min or possibly till a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Cold on rack.
