  • 1 x Wild goose Veg. oil
  • 1 x Garlic clove pressed Onion pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Wash and dry goose with paper towel or possibly clean cloth. Cut goose in half, directly down breastbone, and rub breast with veg. oil. Brush meat cavity with garlic and onion pwdr. Place goose halves on grill over coals. Cook over low heat till done.
  2. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
