Receta Gougères
Ingredientes
- 1 cup milk (I used almond milk)
- ¼ lb (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 TSP kosher salt
- 1/8 TSP freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 extra-large eggs
- ½ cup grated Gruyere cheese. Plus more for sprinkling
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg beaten with 1 TSP water, for egg wash
