Ingredientes
- 5 ounce 95% lean grnd beef
- 1 tsp fat-free lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 x english muffins toasted unsalted butter
Direcciones
- In medium bowl, place grnd beef, lowfat sour cream, thyme, onion, salt, and pepper. Toss the ingredients together with a fork till well mixed, without mashing meat, and shape into a 1" patty.
- Grill to desired doneness and serve on toasted, buttered english muffin.
- I wouldn't want my burgers like this every time, but they were tasty. And the mushrooms on the side were great (they probably would have been good on the burger too).
