- 1 lb Assorted mushrooms
- 1 pkt Fettucini florentine
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x Cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. Pine nuts
- 1 pkt (3 ounce.) sun dry tomatoes, softened and chopped
Direcciones
- Cook fettucini according to package directions. Meanwhile in medium saucepan, heat oil and saute/fry remaining ingredients 2-3 min. Remove from heat; toss with warm cooked fettucini.
