Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. shortening
- 3/4 c. sugar
- Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk (approximately)
Direcciones
- Cake: Cream sugar and shortening. Add in flour, sifted with salt and baking pwdr. Add in blueberries, then lowfat milk. Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
- Lemon Sauce: Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Cook till thickened. Serve hot over piece of blueberry cake.
