Receta Grand Marnier Jelly

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. strained fresh grape fruit juice
- 1/3 c. strained fresh lemon juice
- 3-1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. strained fresh orange juice
- 3/4 c. Grand marnier
- 3 ounce. pouch of liquid pectin
Direcciones
- Combine juices, Grand Marnier, 1/4 c. water and the sugar. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, till it comes to a full rolling boil, stir in pectin. Bring mix to a full rolling boil. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat, skim off froth, ladle into sterilized jelly jars and seal. Invert the jars so which they stand on their lids for 5 min, turn them upright. Makes 4 half-pints.
