- 1/4 x Red pepper, diced Miracle Whip
- 1 dsh Non fat lowfat milk About 1/4 lemon , Juice of
- 1 dsh Salt

- Use sufficient Miracle Whip to make cole slaw the right consistency. Mix well.
- (The same combination, over cooked potatoes, makes a great potato salad.)
