Receta Grandma Lois's Chicken Enchilada Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can beef bouillon soup or possibly 1 bouillon cube, dissolved in a c. of warm water
- 1 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can green chili peppers, minced
- 1 (10-12 count) pkg. corn tortillas
Direcciones
- Cook chicken, bone and chop; brown onions and combine with soup. Blend well. Place in greased baking dish in layers, beginning with tortillas, chicken, soup mixtures and grated cheese. Repeat layers till all is used. Bake 30 min at 325 degrees. Can be frzn till ready to bake.
