Receta Grandma Marge's Pumpkin Roll

Ingredientes
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. pumpkin
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon + healthy pinch cinnamon

- Set oven at 375 degrees. On a greased cookie sheet, also covered with waxed paper, greased. (Don't flour.) Bake 10 to 12 min. Don't overbake. When cold sufficient to handle, put onto a terry towel that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar, then minced walnuts. Roll up tight and refrigeratewell.
- FILLING: Mix till smooth, unroll chilled cake, carefully spread with filling and re-roll (without the towel). Wrap in foil and refrigeratewell.
