Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 c. liquid shortening
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Nuts, minced (optional)
Direcciones
- Mix sugar, bananas and shortening together. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda and salt. Add in dry ingredients to moist and stir well, but don't beat. Stir in nuts, if you like. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees if using a metal pan and 1 hour at 325 degrees if using a glass dish.
