Receta Grandma's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 T warm water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 6 ounce chocolate chips
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Cream the butter, shortening and sugars together than add in large eggs, water and vanilla and mix well. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together and add in to dough, mixing in slowly. Put together oatmeal, chocolate chips and walnuts in a bowl and add in to the dough, mixing in thoroughly. Shape with a tsp measuring spoon and drop onto a greased cookie sheet baking at 350 degrees for 8-10 min.NOTE: Dough may be made the day before and refrigerated.
