Receta Grandma's Sausage And Peppers

Ingredientes
- 1 pound Italian sweet sausage
- 1 pound Italian warm sausage
- 2 lg. onions, sliced thin
- 3 lg. green peppers, cut in thin rings
- Spaghetti sauce
Direcciones
- Brown whole sausages in skillet. Pierce skins as they cook. Cook till done inside. Remove from pan. Drain off grease and saute/fry onions till golden, remove from pan. Saute/fry peppers till tender.
- Slice sausage into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices. Add in sausage, peppers and onions to skillet. Stir fry on medium to medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat. Add in spaghetti sauce, just sufficient to coat well. Heat through and serve on Italian bread.
