Receta Grandma's Sausage Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 10-13 slices bread, partially dry, broken in sm. pcs
- 1 c. minced red apple
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 - 1 1/2 c. turkey broth
Direcciones
- Brown sausage and drain grease. Add in celery, onion, salt, sage, thyme and parsley and mix well. Add in 1/2 c. water and bread, cook on medium low heat for about 15 min. Add in apple and raisins. Remove from heat and cover. Mix will be dry. Let cold in pan. Chill overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour 1 to 1 1/2 c. turkey broth over mix, cover and bake 45 min. Can be put inside the turkey. Better if made the night before.
