Receta Grandma's Steamed Brown Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. rye flour (or possibly white flour)
- 1 c. corn meal
- 1 c. graham (whole wheat) flour
- 3/4 tbsp. soda
- 3/4 c. molasses
- 2 c. sour skim lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients. Turn into Pam-sprayed one lb. size canned fruit tins or possibly other molds. Cover and steam in a tightly covered pan with a rack for three hrs. Serve warm or possibly reheat to serve. Spread with soft corn oil butter.
