Receta Chicken Wings Cacciatore

Ingredientes
- 12 chicken wings (2 lbs.)
- 1/4 c. olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 med. size green pepper, sliced thin
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- Buttered cooked orzo macaroni
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon leaf rosemary
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
Direcciones
- Rub chicken wings with salt and pepper. Brown in oil in a large frying pan. Remove when brown; keep warm. Drain off pan drippings into glass measure. Return 3 tbsp to frying pan. Saute onion and garlic in frying pan till soft, about 5 min. Stir in tomato sauce, wine, oregano, basil, and rosemary. Bring to boiling. Return chicken wings; add in green pepper to frying pan. Lower heat, cover, and simmer 20 min or possibly till wings are tender. Serve over butter orzo.
