Ingredientes
- 2 pound grnd ham
- 1 pound grnd pork
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs or possibly crackers
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
Direcciones
- Mix well and shape into small loaves. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees. Serve with the following mustard sauce:
