Ingredientes
- 4-6 tart apples
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- Water to cover bottom of pan
Direcciones
- Grease dish, sprinkle with flour, place apples in pan, sprinkle with cinnamon, flour, sugar and water. Mix flour, sugar, egg and Crisco. Spread over the apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min or possibly till golden.
