Receta Granny's Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 c. oatmeal
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts (opt.)
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. raisins
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together. Drop by spoon - golf ball size amount - on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 min at 350 degrees. Cookies should be light brown around edges when done. These are a soft cookie and this recipe will yield 4 to 5 dozen cookies.
