Receta Mom's Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. seedless raisins
- 1 2/3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
Direcciones
- Mix together thoroughly shortening, sugar, Large eggs, lowfat milk. Blend in flour sifted with soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in raisins and oats. Drop by tsp. onto greased cookie sheets. 3 dozen. Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 min.
