Receta Granny's Swedish Pancakes

- 1 c. flour
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Mix together all ingredients. Heat a 10-inch aluminum skillet on medium to high. Spray pan with Pam cooking spray. Using 1/3 c. of batter, pour into pan and spread around entire pan by picking up pan and rolling batter around. Heat till brown and flip to other side. Pancakes are great rolled up with butter and cinnamon and sugar or possibly jelly.
