Receta Granny Smith's Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 6 Large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 lg. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 quart. sweet lowfat milk (Vitamin D - reg.)
- Dash of salt - 4 times
- 2 1/2 tbsp. vanilla or possibly 1 1/2 tbsp. & 1 vanilla bean
- Rock salt
- 2 bags ice
Direcciones
- Separate Large eggs, put yolks in one bowl and whites in another one. Beat separately with electric mixer. Beat till stiff. Mix sugar with egg yolks. Add in 1 can lowfat milk, beat till well blended. Add in sweet lowfat milk and vanilla into egg yolk mix. Mix in egg whites and salt. Put in ice cream freezer and make.
