Tried this recipe the other day. I tweaked it a little by omitting the wheat germ & adding flax seeds. I also added cranberries & not the rest of the dried fruit. (dried fruit is also too much sugar) Before adding the honey I melted it then added the other ingredients. They are delicious! I stored them in a container & they stay fresh long. As a female weightlifter I need all the energy I can get before I press, and these are awesome!!!!
