Breakfast? Lunch? Snack? You pick. These homemade granola bars are great as a breakfast on the run with a banana, in a lunch box or after school with a cold glass of milk. I used raisins and chocolate chips in them but you could swap those for nuts, cranberries or other ingredients of your choice.

  1. Mix together all but the last 3 ingredients.
  2. In the center make a well and add the last 3 ingredients.
  3. Mix together well with a fork until all well blended.
  4. Bake in a well greased 9×13 pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Cut before cooling into 12 slices (approx. 4.5 x 1.5).
  6. Remove from the pan when cooled.
  7. Yield: 12 slices
