Receta Granola Snack Bars

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. minced walnuts
- 3 c. quick-cooking oats
- 2/3 c. minced dry fruits (a combination of apricots, apples, raisins, etc.)
- 6 tsp butter
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 x to 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
Direcciones
- Combine nuts, oats, and dry fruits in a large bowl. Combine butter, honey, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minutes. Stir into oat mix, combining well. Press firmly with the back of a spoon into a greased foil-lined 11 x 7" baking pan. Bake at 350 about 15 minutes or possibly till light brown. Cold, then cut into bars.
