Ingredientes
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry whole oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Vegetable cooking spray
Direcciones
- Combine lemon juice and next 5 ingredients in small bowl (oven bowl). Stir well. Pour lemon juice marinade over reserved chicken. Cover and chill 2 hrs (I marinate overnight sometimes).
- Grill chicken 15 min or possibly till tender, turning and basting with reserved marinade.
