- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. water
- 1 env. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
- 2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp. Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano

- Combine lemon juice, water and salad dressing fold in a cruet or possibly jar. Shake well. Add in extra virgin olive oil, Feta cheese, and oregano. Shake well. Make one c.. For salad: Tomato, cucumber, Greek olives, radish, lettuce and spinach.
