Receta Greek Salad Dressing and Bread Dip

- 2 tbs. fresh lemon juice

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1/4 cup seeded, minced cucumber
- 1/4 cup minced Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 1/2 tsp. dry oregano
