Receta Greek Tootsie Pops
Ingredientes
- 1 lb ground beef, lamb or pork
- 3/4 cup onion minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 large garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp cumin
- Pitted Kalamate Olives
- 4-4 1/2 inch lollipop sticks
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a bowl combine the first seven ingredients. Mix well
- Place one olive at the end of a lillipop stick. Using the mixture make a flat half dollar in your hand and wrap around the olive. Finished it should be a bit bigger than a regular tootsie pop to all for shrinkage when baking
- Place pops on a sheet pan lined with foil or parchment. Bake 29 min or until cooked through. Drain on paper towels and serve with tzatziki sauce
