Receta Green Bean Caesar

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans or possibly two 9 ounce. Packages frzn cut beans
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- Paprika
Direcciones
- Cut green beans into 1 inch pcs. Cook 5 min uncovered 10-15 min covered. Drain. Toss green beans, oil, vinegar, onion, salt, garlic and pepper together. Pour into ungreased 1 qt casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs, grated cheese and melted butter. Sprinkle over beans. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven for 15-20 min in 350 degree oven for 15-20 min.
- Serves 6-8.
