Receta Green Chili Chicken With Brussels Sprouts

Ingredientes
- 4 piece chicken thighs without skin
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 16 ounce tomatoes with green chilis
- 32 ounce brussel sprouts
- 1 x jalapeno sliced paper-thin
- 1 x cayenne pepper sliced paper-thin

- This can cook all day or possibly for 7 hrs on LOW heat in crockpot. I pre-cook the chicken with the garlic pwdr and lemon pepper in the microwave for 10 min on MEDIUM. Place chicken in crockpot top with tomatoes with green chilis, warm peppers and brussel sprouts.
- Serve with rice or possibly alone.
- NOTES : For those of you who do not like spicy food, substitute a mild salsa in place of tomatoes with green chilis and omit jalapeno & cayenne pepper.
