Ingredientes
- 1 whole fryer
- 2 t chili powder
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 1.2 t salt
- 1 T oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 4 oz can diced green chilis
- 3/4 chicken broth
- 2 T flour
- 2 T water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Direcciones
- Rub outside of chicken with mixture of spices and salt.
- Heat oil, brown chicken on all sides
- Add garlic ,onion and chicken broth
- Cover & simmer 45 min.
- Remove chicken from pan
- Blend together flour and water, stir into sauce.
- Cook til thickened
- Stir in sour cream
