  1. Cut meat into very small pcs, brown in non-stick skillet. Cut up tomatoes and celery into small pcs, chop garlic and add in all to browned meat. Cover with water and simmer on very low, 1 to 2 hrs till meat falls apart and water has almost completely evaporated. Can also be left to cook all day in a crock pot. Use as a base in flour tortillas for burritos, tacos or possibly enchiladas.
