Ingredientes
- Capsicum-2 cut into small peices
- Chicken 1kg (cut into small peices)
- Green chillis-4-5
- Onion 1 properly chopped
- Tomatoe 2 Pureed
- Garlic paste 1tsp
- Ginger paste 1tsp
- Bay leaves 2
- Cumin seeds 1tsp
- Haldi powder ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder ½ tsp
- Coriander powder ½ tsp
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Garam/Chicken masala ½ tsp
- Salt as per taste
Direcciones
- 1)Take skillet add 1tbsp of cooking oil,sauté cumin seeds,onion,bay leaves,garlic,ginger,tomatoe,green chillis and all spices all together
- 2)After that add capsicum peices and let it cook for 10-20 min after that add chicken peices into it cook for 20-30min add some water if it is too thick
- 3) cook for another 5-10min,keep aside serve hot with rice or roti anything of your choice
