Receta Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 sm. clove garlic
- 3 tbsp. minced green onions, tops & all
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. boneless, skinless anchovies
- 1/3 c. parsley (no stems)
- 3 tbsp. tarragon wine vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients except mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream in blender and blend till well mixed. Then combine mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream with other ingredients and mix well. Add in salt and pepper to taste (easy on the salt). Makes 1 pint.
