Receta Green Onion Potato Soup

Ingredientes
- 5 med. potatoes, finely diced
- 5 green onions, finely diced
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water to cover
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Place potatoes and onions in pot. Add in butter and seasonings. Add in water to cover ingredients. Simmer 20-25 min. Cold a few min and add in lowfat milk. Heat thoroughly; don't boil as lowfat milk will curdle.
