Receta Green Pea Salad With Bacon

Ingredientes
- 1 (20 ounce.) frzn Le Seuer Petit Peas (or possibly 3 Packages frzn peas if no 20.-ounce. pkgs.)
- 2 tbsp. parsley, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. green onions, minced (optional) or possibly 1/4 c. diced onion
- Dry dill weed to taste
- 8 slices thin Oscar Mayer bacon fried crisp
- 1/4 c. low cal lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Line loaf pan with lettuce while preparing dressing. Rinse peas in warm tap water till defrosted; drain and chill. Cook bacon and chop. Mix all together with onion and serve on lettuce bed.
