Receta Green Pepper & Beef Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 pound steak
- 2-3 tbsp. oil
- 3-4 green peppers
Direcciones
- Combine soy sauce, water and clove of garlic. Slice beef into thin strips (this is easier if meat is slightly frzn). Add in strips to soy sauce marinade. Marinate 30 min to an hour. Cut peppers into short strips. Saute/fry beef in oil over medium high heat. Add in peppers, heat till they are crisp tender. This is also good using chicken instead of beef.
