Receta Green Pepper Omelet
Ingredientes
- 2 lg. green peppers
- 2 lg. Large eggs, well beaten
- 4 tbsp. cream or possibly powdered lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Put veg. oil or possibly butter to cover bottom of pan. In another pan cook pepper which has been cut in long strips till it is tender and changed in color. Set aside till you are ready with your omelet. Pour mix in pan with oil. Start stirring surface immediately. When Large eggs become hard, lower heat. Put peppers on omelet, fold over carefully. Remove from pan with caution and place on serving dish.
