Receta Green Peppers Stuffed With Pork Sausage Dressing

Ingredientes
- 6 green peppers, topped, seeds removed & pulp removed
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 6 or possibly 8 lg. potatoes, peeled, boiled & mashed
- 1 lg. onion, diced fine
- 2 stalks celery, cut up fine
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Sufficient lowfat milk to moisten
Direcciones
- Parboil peppers in salt water for 5 min; mix together remaining ingredients; stuff peppers. Put them in a deep baking dish with a little water in the bottom; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
