  • 2 x Ahi tuna steaks - (6 ounce ea) Peanut oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 2 x Avocados peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced
  • 4 c. Mizuna leaves
  • 2 x Plum tomatoes finely minced
  • 1/4 c. Rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Wasabi paste
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Brush steaks with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill for 1 minute on each side (just to obtain grill marks). Remove and slice each steak into 8 slices.
  3. Place 1 c. of mizuna on each plate. Divide avocado and tomatoes among plates. Drizzle with the wasabi vinaigrette.
  4. Wasabi vinaigrette: Whisk together all ingredients till combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
