Receta Grilled Alaska Salmon Burgers

Ingredientes
- 1 can Alaska salmon - (14 3/4 ounce) (or possibly two 7 1/2-ounce cans)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 3/4 c. dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 3 x egg whites
- 4 x hamburger buns Lettuce leaves Tomato slices
Direcciones
- Drain and flake salmon. Combine lemon juice and mustard. Blend flaked salmon with breadcrumbs, green onions, and lemon juice-mustard mix. Fold in egg whites till well blended.
- Form mix into 4 patties and cook on a lightly-oiled grill or possibly saute/fry in skillet till golden on both sides.
- Serve each burger on a bun with lettuce, tomato slices, and condiments as desired.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
