Receta Grilled Balsamic Onions

Ingredientes
- red onions, peeled and halved
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
Direcciones
- Drizzle oil into vinegar very slowly, whisking till it is mixed well. Marinate onions in mix for 3 hrs. Grill the onions till browned, about 10 min per side, brushing frequently with marinade.
- (Last time I made these, I used Vidalia sweet onions. I cut them in 1/2" slices and stuck a bamboo skewer through each to hold the rings together. Then I put them in a grill basket to make them easier to turn. They came out great-this is going to be my method from now on!)
