Receta Grilled Beef Cambodian Style

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Tender beef, thinly sliced across the grain, and cut into 1"x3" pcs
- 2 Tbsp. Yellow curry paste
- 1 tsp Grnd coriander
- 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/4 c. Medium or possibly thick coconut lowfat milk
- 2 stalk lemon grass, sliced thin (only use the white part)
- 1 head garlic, separated into cloves and peeled
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 slc Fresh galangal, chopped
- 8 x Strips Kaffir lime peel, soaked till soft, and chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric

- Grilled Beef Cambodian style (Char kroeung)
- Thread beef on skewers. Combine remaining ingredients, and rub mix over beef. Let marinate 30 minutes. Grill over a warm fire till lightly browned, 1-2 minutes. Serve with Spicy Lime Sauce.
- Yellow Curry Sauce: I can buy this, but making your own is better. Yellow curries usually do not contain chiles. Combine all ingredients, lb. in a mortar or possibly blend to a paste. Chill till ready to use.
