Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 tsp Dry parsley flakes
- 1 tsp Dry thyme
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 10 x Hamburger buns, split Lettuce leaves, optional Sliced tomato, optional Onion
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; ad beef and mix gently. Shape into 10 patties. Grill, uncovered, over medium coals for 4-5 min on each side till meat is no longer pink. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and onion if you like.
