Receta Grilled Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Strips of chicken breasts, grilled
- 1 pkt Fresh crisp greens Red cabbage, sliced Snow peas Cilantro Red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 can Sweet mandarin oranges, liquid removed Red onion, sliced Tomatoes, cut in chunks Chinese noodles Peanuts Sesame seeds Chinese peanut dressing
Direcciones
- Mix everything together except the dressing. You can make your own choice on the amounts of each ingredient you want to use. Then top with Peanut dressing.
- PEANUT DRESSING- 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. white sugar 2 drops warm pepper sauce 1 clove garlic, chopped 1/2 c. water In a small bowl, stir together peanut butter, soy sauce, sugar, warm pepper sauce and garlic till well mixed. Gradually stir in water till texture is smooth and creamy.
- This recipe makes 1 c.. I double this recipe. You can also buy peanut dressing at the supermarket.
