Ingredientes
- 4 x Corn ears
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste
- 3 Tbsp. Unsalted butter Juice of 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp. Coarsely-cracked black pepper
Direcciones
- Preheat the grill.
- Brush corn with extra virgin olive oil, season with salt, place on the grill and grill till lightly golden brown on all sides. Remove from the grill. With a sharp knife, cut the niblets from the cobs.
- Heat the butter in a medium skillet and add in the lime juice. Add in the corn niblets and cook for one minute. Add in the black pepper.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
