Receta Grilled Eggplant Slices, Middle Eastern Style (Spieler)

Ingredientes
- 1 x Eggplant, sliced
- 1/2 c. Tahini
- 2 x Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 x Lemon, Juiced, or possibly to taste
- 1/4 tsp Cumin, or possibly to taste
- 3 Tbsp. Water, about Salt and cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1 x Tart-sweet hard plum Or possibly 1/2 pomegranate
- 1/4 c. Fresh mint leaves Or possibly half mint and half cilantro
Direcciones
- Grill the eggplant till lightly charred and tender, then transfer to a platter.
- Mix together the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin and water. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Drizzle this onto the eggplant and garnish with diced tart plums or possibly pomegranate seeds, and minced herbs.
